I started to receive the Send/Receive error “Not Implemented”. I am led to believe that this may be caused when you allow the Installer to run while opening up a file in a 2007 Office application.

I believe amongst all applications Outlook was removed during the parallel installation. Yes “removed” as there is no option to run both applications simultaneously.

Troubleshooting this error

Run a clean installation of Office 2010

  1. Uninstall Office 2010
  2. Install Office 2010
