Using R1C1 References in Excel

I saw this setup by accident on one of my user’s computers and decided to post it just in case anyone is wondering why their column headers show numbers instead of letters in Excel. This is not commonly used but I could imagine that there may be a need for it. Excel is setup with references that we all should know that contains a combination of both the column letter and row number, example A1.
