It is a Girl!
It is official, there is an 80% chance that on June 3rd we will be welcoming Ashleigh Nia Maynard into this world.
Prior to going in for our appointment at the OB GYN Janine received a call from a administrator at the doctor’s office asking if it was possible to reschedule for the next day, she quickly decline as we were both anticipating to find out the sex that very night.
The last thing a pregnant woman needs is to be stressed out and funny enough the doctor’s office was reaching to that point.
At the OB GYN they conducted a anatomy of the baby making sure all limbs were in place and checked to see if there was any webbing occurring on all 10 fingers & toes. However, the sonogram technician must of had a great amount of visitors that day who decided that they didn’t to know the sex of their baby and assumed the same for us. Janine had to ask if the doctor was going to tell us the baby’s sex and the technician said that she thought that we said that we didn’t want to the sex of the baby. She then resumed using the sonogram and showed us Ashleigh.
