Problem
Adobe Photoshop crashes when trying to create a New file or Opening a file in Adobe Photoshop using a Windows 64bit Operating System that has the incorrect driver for your default printer.

Solution
1. Select a different printer as your default in Printer & Faxes
2. Find and install the correct driver for your printer provided by the Manufacturer’s website
